New Fall TV shows...

JaCkaL829

it was my first time...
Saw a similiar thread on another forum, and though I'd create one here. Now that I'm working full time as of next week, and need to wake up quite early 5:45 am :o , I'll be staying in a lot more; not that I'm much of a party animal at all.

Luckily all the good new fall shows start up now. Here are my choices, let's hear some of yours.

-Prison Break

-Nip/Tuck

-Lost

MTV shows that I'm not too into, but do enjoy (Laguana Beach/Two-A-Days/Yo Mamma, etc.)

I also plan on watching the new Survivor. The show is kinda old and repetive IMO, but I hear they're turning it into an "ultimate race" or something along those lines where each team is made up of members of the same race for this season. I think that will make it a lot more entertaining.

prison break, vanished, and CSI miami when it starts in two weeks.....only three TV shows I watch!!! - all on monday night....oh yeah and 24, but that doesnt start for a while

Prison Break, Lost, and Invasion (if it's coming back). I'm not sure if Invasion is coming back since one of the main characters is now the detective in Prison Break. I was also into the show Surface last season but I don't think it's coming back. I've gotten tired of 24. I watched all the seasons and last season I started getting bored. It seems like it's always the same kind of stuff.

24, lost, myth busters, top gear, survivorman, future weapons, fith gear, the unit, smallville.

I though Top Gear was a UK show? Unless I'm thinking of something else?

Is it just me or has the hype machine for shows cranked up about 2,000 notches in the last couple of years? Every show now is "pushing the envelope" or "the most acclaimed show on TV". I just keep wondering who has time to care about these programs. Between work and my kids I hardly have time for much else.

Actually, I should eat my own words because that's on my Christmas list. Then we won't have to resort to reruns while falling asleep. I can fall asleep to the hippest, most envelope pushing shows around!

Waiting on Southpark, nothing else. If it isn't sports or Southpark, I don't make time for it. I haven't watched any regular sitcom or drama since about the 3rd season of the Drew Carey Show.

:nixweiss Other stuff interests me more than sitting in from of the tube at the same time every week.

Entourage > * - I am already going through withdrawals.

Liz and I watch TV together, so no poking fun :D.

CSI Miami

Overhaulin

Miami Ink

Grey's Anatomy

Desperate Housewives

Vanished

Prison Break

Project Runway

More will come to me...
