New Car, Holes in the Arsenal

Well I have been out of the scene for a few years, as the clear coat seperated on my old beater, so I did not detail it much. Just picked up a new ride though, quit a step up too. From a Civic to G35 Coupe.

Anyway the patient:

2005 G35 Coupe, Bright Red (Lazer Red, Redline Red, *shrug* ?), outfitted with 3M Clear Bra

Assessment:

Swirls and lack of depth and wettness.

My aged arsenal:

Cut/Polish

EZ1 Clean Cut

3M Imperial Machine Glaze

3M Imp. Hand Glaze

Meg. #9 Swirl Remover

Meg #7 Show Car Glaze

Protection

Klasse AIO

Klasse HG Sealant

Meg Gold Class Liquid Wax

One Grand Blitz Carnauba Wax

P21S

Tools

PC DA

Current attacks:

I hit the car with the EZ1, followed by 3M IMG. It was early morning, so light was poor. I knocked down most of the swirls and got the paint surface clean and smooth, but I have some "haze" (not sure if thats the opppriate term), thousands of tiny "veins" from the PC DA moment. I am sure this is left over from EZ1, as this is a new product I just picked up for cutting. Purchased as recommendation from the body shop supply near my work. But I did break in a new Meg pad with the 3M IMG. Anyway, it still needs some polishing, then some protectant.

I simply treated the clear bra like paint for the cutting and polishing phase, but the protection is where I am hesitant. I know silicone based products can wreck havoc on polymers.

Basically I want to get the paint looking better than new, then protect it. I am looking for easy to use products, that are clear bra safe. Pluses would be something that does stain molding or leave white residue in bra edges. Based on what I currently have, can I get some recommendations on how to fill in the holes and really give my red paint some depth and leave a nice wet look.
