New Boat owner

Last weekend my family went to the local boat marina show to look at boats. We end up buying one of the displayed boats. We got to wait 3 weeks to pick it up. The boat we got is 2012 Alumacraft Competitor 165 sport in mica black with 70 hp motor. I am asking what kind of prep in detailing/protecting the hull before getting the boat into the water. The boat is the far right boat.

I m looking forward to lots of boating fun in the near future.

There's little to do to aluminum. A good sealant on the painted surfaces may help with water spotting. Protecting the upholstery & dash with Aerospace 303 would be a smart move. Nice rig, a 70 should push that 32-35 mph with a light load. I would suggest this for the painted surfaces:

It will also make the tow vehicle look like a million bucks!
