hey guys, my car was recently in the bodyshop getting some work done. i had a dent removed from my passenger door as well as some paint applied to it as well, because the paint was ripped off. the guy did a great job fixing the dent, however when he applied the clear coat i believe, the car was dirty.
i didnt realize until today when i washed the car there were dirty patches around the area where he did the work, so i though the was just left some stuff on and busted out my quick detailer. after i realized nothing was coming off, and the area had a different feel when i grazed my palm over it.
im assuming he clear coated over parts of the car in that area that were still dirty...is there anyway to "remove" the clear coat from those areas so i can clean my car?! will a clay bar get the job done?
thanks.
