Hey All...

I'm adding a new package to my price list. My questions to everyone is, what all shall I include?? Mind you, this package is for "NEW CARS ONLY."

I basically need to create a package and price it out...but I'm having alittle trouble coming up with what to include.:work: I have a huge market for this in my area, so It's almost a must have and even to go to dealerships as well with it!

Thanks in Advanced...:up

Aside from paint correction why would you see this package as something different from other packages?

In other words you say that "this is a must have for my area". What is in the market that makes you think that this is a must have?

Well a maybe I should word it differently, its not a must have, but I am around people that have a new car every single time i see them! I was thinking somewhere along the lines of a wax and sealant, then inside carpet protector or something like that. I figure dealers sell these types of services, why not create a package that has all of them?

I know a couple people on here have packages like this or along these lines...or am I way out of my element for trying to create a package like this?

Most new cars require the same correction and old car does. Shouldn't need much of an interior detail, but they are usually full of swirls and need correction...

Well let's think this through. Do most people know (or care) that their brand new car has swirls in it? Do they even know what to look for?

I think that you are somewhat on the right track. If you could somehow get a service that gets the people to come to you instead of the dealer. However that is also the challenge, how do you get your name into the customer's head when they are in the market for a new car? Also, how do they remember your business when sitting in front of the dealer being pressured to buy the sealer package?

These are just some of the challenges in having a "new car package" that I see, and having it being different from your others. Otherwise people are going to think that their is nothing wrong with their car. (Just some brainstorming thoughts)

Very true howareb! This is the point of this thread, to brainstorm and think if its a valid idea or not! I think alot of people don't realize how scratched or swirled thier cars really are, unless you actually show them, a couple before and afters. I mean, even when you take a picture of a car, the flash from the camera will show the spider webs and marring! I have won alot of people over from that, and its the honest truth too! But just being able to explain to them what they are looking at...then telling them how to fix it!

So you have won people over with just taking a picture.

Well maybe you could perhaps make that part of the way that you get business for this package. Make a flyer where at the bottom you have two spots. One spot is a full car shot and the other with a close up shot showing the swirls and have captions underneath the pics. Of course on the flyer put you business information. Thenyou go into parking lots in local shopping center and notice new cars that have swirls, take pics and place them on the car. This flyer gives a personal touch that might grab a new car owners attention. This again is just an idea for drumming up business.

The majority of new car owners do not think that they have any issues? That is the challenge to get around.
