need some help

So i detail a few cars for extra cash when i am not working.I have a client that bought a car from a heavy smoker.They want the smell gone and i have not tackled a car like this before.What does everyone recommend i do to rid this car of the smoker smell.
 
Clean everything really well with an apc and then I use AI's Odor terminator lightly misted on all fabric surfaces after they have dried. It's also good to spray it into the ac vents with the fan on.
