Need some help with neglected BMW

Don't have any pics, but I'll get some. It's a 98 5 series with 191,xxx miles, hwy sales. The whole car is basic neglect and nothing a little TLC can't take care of. My problem is the chrome trim around the windows that is in horrible condition. When I went to quote, I tried some DACP and AIO just to get an idea of how much work it was going to take. Those 2 didn't do anything.



Any suggestions?
