Need professional help for water etching

I've got a bad situation and looking for a professional's help here. I have 2 week old water spots, now water eched, all over hood, roof & 1 side of my new (well, 6 month old) black paint. Tried vinegar, clay, #80 with a PC and nothing gets them out. I want them removed ASAP to prevent further damage but am busy with work so can't spend the time now to do it myself.

Since its only 2 weeks, can they be removed w/o taking off clearcoat or doing much damage to paint? Does anyone have any recommendations for detailers in the Los Angeles area (Pasadena or San Gabriel valley preferably). Thanks for any help!

This is an exert from an article in Professional Carwashing and Detailing magazine. This sounds similar to your situation.

"It had water spots on top of water spots," Fernandez, who dreaded dealing with heavy calcium water spots, said. "

"I used a calcium remover to dissolve the â€Ëœcrust,â€â„¢ then I had to completely color sand the vehicle with 1500 grit paper, and then buff it out," Fernandez said. "I used an abrasive powder that is mixed with water to remove spots from the glass."
