need motorcycle detail advice for spoke rims

this is a 2 part question.
1. A buddy asked me to detail his shovel head HD. It needs some light paint correction. Plus it has wire spoke rims like on a bicycle.
How much should I charge?

2. what is the best way to clean the rims?

For the spokes (although I've never done a MC) I was told to cut a polishing MF towel into long strips and you wrap it once around the spoke so that when you're holding each end of the MF strip and pull on each end, back and forth, that section of spoke is polished.

That sounds like a good idea. Ill have to try that. Ive also wanted to try with a mf glove.
