Need help picking a new DA

Ok so i figured its about time to upgrade my equipment. I have used my northern rotary for a year now and its screaming pretty bad so i ordered a Makita rotary. I also decided that while im at it i may as well get a new DA while im at it since mine weighs about as much as a house and looks like its as old as i am (ill post pics later its funny). Only prob is there is so many out there. I have narrowed it down to 3 in my price range since i really want the flex but i can't afford it.
The PC:
Porter cable 7424xp, 7424xp, Porter Cable 7424XP Dual Action Polisher, Porter Cable polisher, car polisher, buffer, sander-polisher
The Meg's
Meguiar's G110V2 Dual-Action Machine Polisher
Or the Griot's
Griot's Garage 6" Random Orbital Buffer

I am leaning towards the griot's because i keep reading good things about them but i hear alot of good things about the PC also. Can you guys give me some suggestions.

I have a Flex and a UDM 1.0 (a DA that was available for a couple yrs)

When my DA croaks, I would likely buy the Griot's. Everyone reports it has more power so it corrects faster (some claim it is about Flex like) however I do want to use one to assess noise/vibration.

What is your criteria:

1. reliability - lean toward Porter Cable

2. pure power - Griots

3. Warranty - Griots has a satisfaction guarantee. I think there is some fine print regard the polisher

4. ease of use = I have not used either

5. minimal noise/vibration - I have not used either. This is important to me since my UDM can be numbing at times due to vibrations. (The Flex just works your muscles to control it)

the Griot's seems to be the best deal specially since i can get 10% off also :P being a gear head i more of a pure power sort of guy but warrenty is also important.

I run both the Griots 3 and 6 inch machine. I LOVE them both. The 6 inch blows a PC out of the water as for power and speed. It does vibrate but it's not bad. They are cheaper than a PC, they are more powerful, and have a lifetime warrantee. My first one was a lemon and they stood behind it 100% no questions asked. They are great machines and I highly recommend them.

I own a Griots and a PC XP and both are great units. I prefer the Griots though. You can't beat the warranty.

Yeah if i can ever get time im gonna order the griot's i have read nothing but good things and i can get it for around 90 bux

I have both...

Griots has more power and has an excellent warranty.
PC7424XP I feel vibrates less & finishes a little nicer.

IMHO
If you want to make shorter works of swirls then go Griot's
If you are more interested in jeweling then I prefer the PC.

You can't go wrong with either one.

Hi everyone :yay! I am from the Philippines and I recently purchased GG6 which is rated 850watts at 110 volts. What can you guys suggest on what would be the ideal wattage of step down transformer for this machine? Thanks!:)
