need help in Boston - clear coat scratches

ok so my dad decides to wash and wax his new ES300. well there was some sap on his car so he figures that best way to remove the sap is with a scrubby two spots where there are deep scratches in clearcoat - one one the hood and one on the rear trunk – the repair is way beyond my knowledge and way beyond Z5.. so who do you guys recommend we bring the car too

Yikes...NOT GOOD! do the scratches go through the paint? If so you're out of luck...

Anyone who uses a "scrubby" on any car's paint should have their keys to their car taken away and be forced to drive a Trabant or a Yugo!
