i polish and wax my car for the first time and now i notice that i left white polish and wax all over my trip on my door and the plastic part where my wiper are at. is there something i can use or do to get it back to looking new. it a brand new car with old looking trim.

I've try wd40 but no luck.

A couple of things you can use creamy peanut butter and a tooth brush....or get some Poorboys World Trim Restore and use with a tooth brush.....the later of the two is what I use and NO wax or polish no matter how old has ever stood up to it...

I had sealant all over my trim/rubber.You won't beleive what removed it>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>yep Souveran every bit and it was by accident i discovered it. I actually beleive it was the oils in the wax that dissolved the sealent.I'll go with Beemer on the PeaNut Buttter it has enough oils in it and it may just work..

ive used the poorboys trim restorer and it does a really good job at restoring the trim. It leaves the trim on my car spotless and gives it a clean sheen look.
