The speed they are quoting is right in the same range as the Porter Cable 7336 unit. Also, after checking out it's accessories, it shows that they have some of the pads for polishing paint.
However, I would look for a Meguiar's distributor in Europe and see if you can get their pads. The 150mm that Protool is quoting is just slightly less than the 6 inch pads that Classic MOtoring Accessories sells, and I think the Meguiar's 6-1/2" pads would work fine. Try either Meguiar's Austria or Meguiar's Switzerland to see if there are any links to pad distributors.
