Need Detailer to fix a couple of Deep Scratches >>>> South Jersey or West Chester PA

Hi guys...Someone stole my rear trunk emblem last night and left a couple of deep scratches made by a flathead screwdriver and a 3-4 inch surface scratch. is this something that can be tackled with buffing? (see picture). I have the OEM Paint touchup pen specifically for my car color. Please let me know if anyone does this work.



I will use goo gone and replace the emblem. Just need someone to fix the deep scratch on the left, right and bottom of the emblem.
