NEED ADVICE .... on a Mcguiars wax product line, which is best, I need something that beads water well, and of course lasts long, and shines ! THANKS

Are you looking for an LSP (last step product)?
The most easily accessable Megs product is NXT 2.0 sealant. Easy, easy, easy, to use and produces a great shine...even better on properly prepped paint.
You can top it with a carnauba wax for extra protection...just make sure you let it cure overnite (the NXT) before buffing off and applying the wax.

I would agree NXT 2.0 is very good, long-lasting, and it's available at any auto parts store. Good stuff.

Megs has certainly come a long way.And now that 3M has bought them we should see alot more products.That cater to both the pro's and the novice .

As others have already mentioned, NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0, then maintain the look with Ultimate Quik Detailer or Ultimate Quik Wax.
I love the Hydrophobic Polymer Technology that Meguiars puts in that wax.
