Need advice on removing this mess (pic)

OK, in an earlier post, I mentioned the bodyshop my dealer used to do some warranty paintwork on my Mazda6 really messed up my paint. The swirls are pretty nasty-loking. I snapped a few pics at lunch today. If anyone can give me a process/technique with which to remove the swirls/scratches I would REALLY appreaciate it!

Members could make suggestions, but how 'bout you tell us what you have [tools, products], and I'm sure people here will tell you if and how it will work. :)
 
Well I don't really have a lot in the way of "good quality" detailing supplies at present. I'm going to order a small arsenal of tools and supplies soon. I just got some Meg's MirrorGlaze Swirl Remover. I'm getting some suggestions on products to buy. Might also get a PC and learn how to use it as I'm unexperienced with one. Any suggestions??
