Need a Wheel Lesson

What is the best way to clean out the inside of wheels? I have removed them in the past but it seems those in the click and brag section do something easier. Is there a special product or brush to use?

A never fail process for me is Wheel Brightener, and a Wheel Schmitt/Grout Sponge. That usually takes care of nasty road grime and brake dust.

This is my favorite, but having a good assortment if brushes/other media is nice in case something just isn't working. Also be aware of what chemicals are going onto the wheels. Dirty wheels are better than clean, damaged wheels.

I have a few brushes that I use for wheels along with a little hand mit that I can reach back in there with, but if I had to choose only one it would be the EZ Detail Brush.

I'd take 'em off and *really* clean them up...clay, polishes, sealants. Then it's pretty easy to *keep* them clean if you get back in there at every wash.

The EZ Brush just never works all that great for me though...not as well as reaching back in there with various other things. I *have* to reach back in there with something else to clean the back sides of the spokes well enough to avoid buildup, the EZ Brush leaves way to much stuff behind on them.
