Can someone please help me how do you dilute 10 to 1. Im having a brain fart!!

no worries, man. It's just "parts". You can use whatever unit of measure you want to use as a "part" as long as you use the same unit of measure for both ingredients: 10 cups water to 1 cup cleaner, 10 gallons water to 1 gallon cleaner... etc.
