Need a good Expert Detailer

CAB IN BLACK M3

New member
I just bought a New BMW M3 Convertible and I want to find a good company to detail my baby when I do not have the time. I also live in a condo which does not have water access, so I will either need to go to the detailer or they will need to come to my office in Arlington, VA. I live in Bethesda and do not mind dropping the car off for a couple of hours either. I just want someone that will do a great job on the car and I was told that this is the best website to ask this question from M3 Forum.

Thanks in advance for your your help.

Thanks usdm......I am looking to get a list of detailers so that I can call them. My first detail I do I want to be perfect, so I want to make sure they go through all the appropriate detailing processes. The inside....I can do, but the outside is real important to me that the Expert Detailer, do it right so that I have a good foundation to continue on. I will probably use this company at least twice a month. Thanks again for your help and I have read a couple of threads and believe that this site is everything that the fellows on M3 Forum advised.

This one is listed under the Auto International list of certified detailers

Listing

I refered a friend with a vette to one of thier certified detailers in Indiana and they were extreemly pleased.

I have the contact info the Mr. Thomas (tdekany).

Shoot me a PM if you'd like it. He does great work, cool guy. Do a search for his username to see pictures of his details.

Also, Mr. Dan (thinksnow) is a detailer in VA, but I guess Williamsburg isn't "north" enough :p

Perfect is a bad word, I'm sure the Pro will do his/her best. If your a perfectionist, you might consider QEW wash and paint cleaner instead of water wash. Then you can can be as perfect as you like, even spending 2 hrs per panel if you like it perfect, just a suggestion. Product and process can only accomplish so much, perfection is near impossible. Consider that 99.9% of new cars paint right off the lot aren't perfect so it would be a tall order to achieve that with polish. You can get close to perfect but if you look close enough there will always be something trust me. 95% of my customers wet themselves when they see their car (ok slight exaggeration), but it still doesn't make up for the occasional complaint from the customer who thinks it wasn't perfect. Decades of doing this has left emotional baggage so understand that's where I'm coming from, peace.

I know the owner well. (She) They do very good work indeed. However pretty pricey.

I washed 5 trucks and 1 PT Cruiser in 3 hours (QEW) then gave 6 hours of massages. Another 12 hour day.

I did PM the poster tonight.
