I am in the running for our annual "A List" "Best Auto detailer"

It is a open voting (Popularity Contest) set up, so anyone can vote. The cool part is that we will get to be on Channel 10 (abc) News as the winners. I am hoping I can count on you all for votes.

I understand your concern. However, its not that kind of contest. They encourage everyone to ask from votes from friends, family, Facebook, everywhere. It truly is a popularity contest. Any and all votes count.

I strongly dislike this kind of false promoting, which goes against every real Autopian standards. The contest is to find the BEST, not the most popular. I've worked for companies that do this kind of BS push to get votes and I didn't agree with it then and I don't agree with it now.



Voting for a local in a LOCAL ONLY contest is absurd reasoning. This kind of stuff should be viewed as spam.
