Natural Look in the engine bay

I've used diluted version of Natural Look Dressing in my engine bay and did a great job, Just wondering if it was the right stuff to use? I read in another thread someone used BnB. First I hose off engine, then spray APC everywhere, hose off again, then just spray mixture of dressing everywhere and let dry. worked great.

If it works for you than stick with it. I'll have to try it when I get some in my next order. I've been using Adam's In-and-Out spray, but it's not really cost-efficient if you actually pay for it. It looks great and doesn't attract a thing, but I only got about 2 engine details and change out of the one can.

yes that process will work as well as using Bold N Bright...the biggest differences will be that your engine will smell nicer with NL, but would be a bit glossier with the BnB.:)

If I use BnB do I need to dilute it first? I didn't think it was water based.

I use it full strength on my GTO's engine compartment and get quite a few compliments on it. (Sorry no pics available)

I usually dilute BnB with water on the engine bay and it turns out very nice. I think it's a bit wasteful (and expensive) to use it full strength. It actually cleans & shines up the painted parts too if you spray on, let it dwell and lightly wipe off the residue.

I've never tried natural look, but like the idea of a cherry clean smelling engine bay

Thanks for the info, I didn't even think about the BnB at the time I did my engine. I'll try it next time. Guess I don't really need a nice smelling engine bay eigther.
