Natty's Red Durability?

I just detailed a 2002 Imola Red M3 and the customer said that after washing it the first time, he noticed swirls already and that it the water didn't bead nearly as much as it did before. I told him that some swirls were probably still there after I finished as I couldn't remove ALL of them, and that beading will diminish somewhat over time. He was satisfied with my explanations, but I did tell him that his car wash may have a lot to do with it as I've had spectacular luck with all Natty's waxes. He said he used Eagle 1. I've never used it, so I'm not sure how harsh it is. The process was SSR 2.5 w/ an orange pad, then PWC with a white pad, then Natty's red (1 coat) all with the PC. I would expect this combo to be very durable. He didn't want a sealer. Any ideas?

This pic was taken March 30. Car hadn't been waxed since November, maybe end of October. Car had been washed once a week with PB slick suds w/wax all winter.
I started with 3 coats of sealer and then 1 coat of natty's blue and then 2 of natty's red.

The eagle 1 is a decent wash I have some here I got on sale and use for wheels and wells...I don't think that removed any of his wax...I would have questioned his wash process and what else he was using...especially his drying towels...As for durability its really depends on how the car is stored, used and weather..There should be some decent evidence of the wax after 3 to 4 weeks..in my case I've seen this

Ron care to expand on this...only thing that I find with NR is hazing on darker colors in extreme heat conditions

im just saying that like black ...red doesnt stay perfect for long .. its either perfect or not .. after a few washes its not ...thats life with red or black .

I think Beemer read this the same way I did the first time I looked at it. It appeared that you were saying RED (Natty's) was a pain.
