Natty's Blue...

Csan someone give me the rundown on it? Anything special about it i need to know?

Does it take awhile to setup? How long to leave it on the car... etc....

A quick rundown would be great :)

I apply a thin layer to a couple sections at a time then go back and remove. Piece of cake! Really, really wet looking wax.

Usually the general rule is 2x2' area, and one panel at a time.

If your using the PC, set it at like speed 4

Yeah - the stuff just doesn't turn to cement even if you do the whole car before you come back to remove. Beware of dogs running over to lick the car though because it's like a massive cloud of bubble gum fuming off the car :p

I do the entire car. I actually find it removes better if I let it sit for awhile /shrug.

Probably my favorite wax just from a looks PLUS cost standpoint. It's cheap and super wet, not as glossy or deep as say, P21S, but close and half the cost, plus it smells nice. :)

i used it this weekend, car is black 2002 camaro.

For setup as in haze/drying time you can take it off in 5 minutes or probably sooner if you do it outside. I've done sections at a time and let it sit for over an hour, no problems. I prefer to do whole sections from body seam to body seam.

I also have natty's orignal paste wax (yellow) which I used last year and was impressed with.

Car hasn't left the garage yet so I can't tell whether it looks better then I can remember using the yellow natty's last year. It may be me but I thought it was a little harder to remove than the yellow natty's, but it's still easy. This weekend i polished the whole car with SSR1 and my new PC 7336, my first time using the PC, and applied 1 coat of EX pure sealant then did the natty's blue. The EX sealant was hard to remove I thought, maybe I put it on too heavy. Last year I polished out the car by hand with SSR2.5 and 2, then used meguiars #7 glaze then the natty's yellow, so that might have been a factor in such ease of use of the yellow natty's. When I get the car outside in a couple of days I can compare the results of last year's #7/yellow natty's vs this years EX-P/blue natty's.

Ditto on whole car. Easy on, easy off. One of the best defect hider on the market IMO. Looks brilliant on dark metallic. Nice optical clarity and super slick!

Well i did the car today and it looks fantastic.

It has a layer of mothers S&G, NXT and Natty's. Car never looked this good before  I will add another layer later.

Guess what though, the tub of natty's hit the ground and the tub exploded and i was only able to salvage maybe 50 percent of it. I am pissed that the casing just blew apart like that :down I spent 20 bucks for 5 oz of wax GRRR I have had thing of wax in plastic before i could basically drift against the wall and not break. Damn it

Also i know mothers car wash is easy on carnuba, what about a QD that's OTC that is easy on a carnuba like natty's????

How do you compare Nattys Blue to FK Pink Wax?

Not sure about the durabilty of Pink Wax, so I can't comment on that. In terms of usage I find Pink wax slightly easier to buff off, but it's close. In terms of looks I find Nattys a bit wetter and Pink Wax more "glowy", like a P21S gloss. Pink wax is a great deal for the price, and I'll definitely keep using it but I think I'll stick with NB on dark colors.

I like the natty's better than FX Pink. I am a FX425 and 100 lover but there is something about the Pink I don't like. It smells like solvents and that is a turn off. Natty's Blue falls right behind Pin. Sourvan in my book.

I absolutely love NB - definitely my 'go-to' wax. Good feedback/comparison against P21S....said far better than I could. :) I still like P21S, but every vehicle that's received Natty's just looks stunning. I've not tried Souveran, but from the bang-for-the-buck perspective, I've never used anything better than NB.

Natty's Blue is definitley the best for the money. Great smell, top notch quality, easy on/off, and great looking. I might pick up some DP Wax to try sometime though.
