Clay is one and a chemical based polish would be my next....some also use white wine vinegar mixed with water 50/50 while washing....those are my ideas

In addition to what Beemerboy mentioned, you might also want to try a very light abrasive polish. DP makes a glass restorer that I've used with a lot of success.

Hey Thanks For The Info Im Going To Go Back And See If I Can Get It Off Tomorrow These People Give Me A Lot Of Work

While it may be small consolation, you are not the only one with this problem.
I did a Google search for remove rain-x and got a lot of hits.
One mentions a glass polish put out by Rain-X as being a good way to remove it.
rain-x

One quick question. Does the vehicle have the original Rain-X or the no fog stuff they make for interior glass? They evidently have an exterior and an interior product.
The Google search came up with at least 4 pages of information before it started getting way off track.
