This stuff has been around a LOOOONG time. My dad was using it in his service station back in the 60's for mounting/dismounting tires on a power changer. We would use it for lubing the rubber parts of the suspension, body mounts and just about anything rubber on the vehicle. It worked very well and I hadn't thought about the stuff in a long time till I saw this post
