NADA vs. Kelley vs. Edmunds

So I'm about to buy a new truck. I know where I need to be on the truck (leaving $800 profit for the dealer after their kickbacks). Here's the question. Where do I need to be on my trade in (yes, I know it's better to sell privately, but i don't have the time / inclination). The pricing I've found on trade in is as follows:

NADA-$12,200

Edmunds-$12,633

Kelley-$8,700 !!

And yes, I entered all the info as closely as possible on all 3. What's up with Kelley? Do they get kickbacks from the dealers? Funny thing is, Kelley lists 'retail' on it @ nearly $15,000. So they think I should leave $6000 on the table for the stealer.

So, are there any other places I should check for pricing? I want to go in armed to the hilt with info. I know what they're making on the new truck, sould I stick to NADA / KBB on the trade? I've only ever bought one car from a dealer, so any insight would be appreciated!

go in High and Try to go near closing time Keep pressing hard that the car/truck is clean and that it's an easy sell for them. the closer it gets to closing time the more they will want to close the deal.

you can walk away if needed they have to come back knowing they have a small paycheck..

A lot also depends on the dealer and how hot of a selling vehicle you are after. If it's a hot mover, chances of them discounting it much are slim. Some hot movers have a markup over the listed price.
