My Zaino Is Chunky!!!!

My Z-2 has chunks in it!!:scared I am MAD! I ordered it at the beginning of may, then used it 2 times. Then used it last week. Both times were fine. Now I was using it on my hood when chunks came out of the bottle!!



The chunks are alot like the film you get when you melt cheese in the microwave. That top layer that is just... well sick. That is how myy zaino is coming out.

Anyone had this happen before?
 
Did you shake the Z2 well before using it?



How do you store your Z bottles? They should be kept at room temp for best results.



Sal should be able to help you if all else fails....

I had some Z2 get chunky on me a year or so ago, I just shook it up an used it:nixweiss It still worked good... I never had Z5 do it, but then I dont use Z2 hardly ever..........
 
I ordered my zainos too, but i just wanted to know if the small ZFX bottle is supposed to come filled all the way, b/c mine was only half way.:confused:
 
I think you are trying to describe "skin". This happens when air dries out the top layer of the polish. Then you shake it up and it breaks into little pieces. My original bottle also has this problem. But as far as I can tell, there is no adverse effect on the polish. Still shiny.



After you spread it and let it dry, just buff it off.



One thing I noticed though with the new Z2 is it separates when I let it sit. I never experienced this with old Z2. The good thing about this is the clear liquid chemical rises to the top and does not let air to go beneath it.
 
yeah, I shook it good. After it "chunked" I shook it more and it "chunked" again.



The bottle is stored in the garage. The weather has been in the 80's mostly.



I'll see what happens. The coat is still on my truck.
