I liked the NY Detailers way to book in a time for the car. I´ve been thinkin of that but we´re a few guys working here and what happens if a lot of people want to book in a late friday. I guess I have to call them up and cancel and that doesnt look good. Have you had any problems with too many bookings at the same day caused by this internet booking possibility?



Otherwise it seems brilliant to make the costumars book in themselves...I meen a lot of time is wasted in the phone as it is.

Never really had a problem. I have the web site hooked up to my email which then send a message to my cell phone. I check the email and call the customer within 15 minutes from when they sent the email.. (when the dam cell phone has full service!)

Customers love it, and they really like when i post thier car on the web site
