I just wanted to let you all know about my experience with my UDM and Lynn with the perfect shine. I have had my unit for about a year now and I had some problems with the unit. I sent an e-mail to Lynn that night and the next day she had e-mailed me back requesting some additional information and after replying with that information she had replied again the next day They have already processed a new unit and sent one out for me. I cannot emphasize enough the GREAT experience I have had. Just had to share that with everyone even though I am sure if you have dealt with Lynn or the perfect shine before you know of their great service.
