My Son, another update

Tex Star Detail

Formerly TexasTB
He had another appt. today. It was a follow up to all the fevers he has been having. Everything checked out ok!:rockon

Except.......lol

We got back test results from his CT scan....
He has a Cyst in his Lung. About the size of half a dime. They want to wait to do anything to it. Re-scan in about a month. If it is fast growing, or a malignant cyst, they will have to remove part of his lung to get it out. again, they want to wait to see how it pans out... Way to stress me out again.....
My Boy cannot catch a break for anything.......:(

Sorry to hear texastb. I am sure your/his luck will change. Keep your head up, things will turn around for you.:(

I'm really sorry to hear about the cist. He may not be having the best luck with his health, but he does seem to have a great, supportive family around him. I'll keep him in my prayers.

Sorry to hear that Chris.
But when your son gets over all of this, he should have the world at his feet, because God knows he has already paid his dues.

Good luck and stay strong

TexasTB,

Your son is a trooper. My best wishes to him and the rest of your family. Everyone on this board knows that you and your wife are wonderful parents and just all around good people. Take care.

I have followed your stories for a bit now and it has been very hard to read. Anything for me that effects kids is very hard to take. I can only imagine what you and your family and your son have been enduring.

I will keep you in my prayers and wish you the best...

You you believe in the old saying "What doesn't kill you makes you stronger", then that kid will be Superman. I'm hoping for the best. :)
