my rsx cleaned up and modded... (lots of pics)

well the weather was decent for awhile, so i decided to clean up my car and take some pics of it... as for the detail, it had been polished out less than a month ago with ssr1 via rotary w/polishing pad @ 1500rpms, and a month prior to that, it had been polished with someother stuff (forgot what), so i didnt polish it this time. i used menzerna fmj on the paint x3, topped with trade secrets x1. i plan on doing 2 more coats of trade secrets. the wheels have poorboys wheel sealant x5, and the tires have poorboys bnb 2:1, as well as the wheel wells. windows i used poorboys s&w. anyways, here are the pics, and let me know what you think. if you want to know the mods i have, check out this previous link: http://autopia.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=50503

nice car. i like everything except the horizontal stabalizer in the back(im not a big fan of wings that dont serve strictly as function, but to each his own).
 
nice my looks just like my friends up in jersey. Good work. Did u just buy all that stuff at once? and are those coil-overs cranked all the way down? if not, Dump it
 
yup i bought everything all at once.. and no the coilovers arent dropped all the way.. i still got about 1-2 inches to go, but im waiting till the snow goes away and everything
 
The paint looks great, I have always loved Silver. I think the car looks much better before the mods. My dad has a blue RSX that looked exactly like yours before the mods and I don't see how practical a huge spoiler would be on such tiny trunk space. I have seen a few acuras with the honda logo on them, I really don't see the point to that. But to each their own.
 
sweet car! one of my neighbors has a silver RSX too with a really nasty body kit. ill be sure to get a pic of it one day.

I still don't see the point in changing it but meh. I do have to give you huge credit for putting on a spoiler that actually looks like it belongs on the car. I cringe everytime I see those huge metal contraptions that can make even the best cars look like crap. I saw a brand new Mustang GT today with one of those and it was just awful.
 
Looks sweet...sounds like the guys in the other forum give you a hard time for actually keeping your ride clean.....sucks to be them. Just a thought...you might want to add some polyurethane motor mounts and transmission mounts.....cheap, but very effective for putting more torque to the ground....you can probably expect at least another 10ft/lbs, but it's noticeable. Just a little tip.

Oh yeah! That house in the background can buy like 20 of RSX ;) or maybe more, if my math skill is good. :lol
Did you got your wheel aligment done?
 
Nice car I have to say Im not usually a fan of foriegn cars but yours is very niice. I really like the wing. Im alsao not a big fan of the big guady double stacked fake wings but I think yours fits the car really good and I think that the rest of the mods make it a pretty sweet street car.
