My PC quit - now what?

I noticed it was a little down on power, then it just died. don't know if it's in the switch or if something worse happened. I think it's not quite a year old. So, I'll call AG tomorrow and see what they can - or will do. If they won't replace it under warranty, then I'm in a quandary - I like that little machine, but I can't afford to buy one every summer. I think I'd rather have the Cyclo than get another PC type (UDM) only thing about the Cyclo is buying a whole new set of Edge adapters and at least 2 sets of pads. There goes my profit from this weekend's detail! What do ya'll think and BTW - I've seen the UDM first hand, not an option unless the price drops considerbly. And, I have a Makita, I liked doing mild polishing via PC.

My PC quit in the middle of a detail a few weeks ago, too. Turned out it was a problem with the cord (as suspected). Took it to a hardware shop, they replaced the cord and $13 later it was working like new. In the meantime, I bought a UDM :grinno:

Anyways, enough with my story. Take it to a hardware shop and see if anyone can do anything. I'm sure someone, somewhere will be able to figure it out.

Update - I called AG, spoke with Dwayne, he pulled my receipt and faxed it to me. I still have a month left on my warranty. He gave me the number for the closest repair center, turns out it's only a few miles from my work. I called them and they said - no problem, bring it in and we'll fix it under waranty. Good enough then, I just hope to get it back in a few days.
