My pc died

So i went to spread the polish around on 3, and it barely started moving. So i bumped the speed up and pc started going to speed. When i finished the panel i checked out the machine and it would have trouble starting on any speed under 3. So i went and checked the manual, tried to turn the machine on again and nothing. It's dead. Anyone have this happen before?

Yeah im curious to know how much it was used and for how many years.

I know people who have had their PC for 10+ years and have seen only god knows how many vehicles.

It may be just the cord...or the switch or brushes...you can get parts online and reapir it...and the parts are not expensive....theres a place that sell the parts...even gives a schmatic of the PC....

AL

I've had it for over a year. It's only seen about 15 details. Poopy.

Al that's a good idea. I plan on doing that but i had to go down to a local tool store and pick up a new one. I really have to get my car done. It's been sitting in my garage for five days already! No time to mess around with the old one right now. But when i get a chance i'll try to refurb the old one and see if anyone wants a pc.

if it can't be fixed (hopefully it will), have you thought about purchasing the UDM?

Damn dude, i just did a search on it because i didn't know what it is, and it looks pretty nice. When i get a chance i'm going to try to read that big thread on it.

:up.......

If it didn't want to start on some speeds and did on the higher speeds, sounds like the "switch" is bad.

Good luck, Changeling
