My notes on Meguiars wash and wax anywhere

I'm sorry I didn't take pictures, but honestly we all know what water less wash products do anyway I suppose.

The car had a weeks worth of dirt and had water spotting (and slight water etching by this time)

My notes are in comparison to the only other product I've used; Adams water less wash. I picked the Meguiars stuff up as an impulse because it had a $5 MIR attached.

likes;

This is mostly a single wipe product. The adams stuff streaks and normally I have to go over with another 2-3 passes to get the drying effect. Less wipes= fewer swirls obviously.

The 'wax' part did wonders with the water spots, only the really bad ones on the horizontal surfaces needed another wipe.

maybe it's my imagination, but I didn't use as much as the adams stuff, its only a 26oz bottle, but right now it looks like it has another 2-3 uses in it, even though the CTS is huge.

Obviously not as good as a dedicated spray wax, but it did leave the surface with a carbanua-like soft-ness and gloss is still high.

Dislikes;

This is $16/ 26oz($15 online.. but then you're talking about $3-5 shipping).. and no matter how you look at it, that's expensive. A Gallon of my adams stuff is $30. and ONR will go even farther than that. The only reason I gave this a shot is because of the MIR

In typical meguiars OTS product fashion, the sprayer leaks. This simply isn't acceptable for such an expensive product. Although the trigger is rubberized for comfort, I don't want ANY product wasting away in my own hands.

There's no bulk size (although I would cringe to know how many arm's they would want for that)

So, will it replace my current water less wash solution? Probably not. It's expensive, and since this is only my second product for this use I've tested, I'm anxious to try other products before settling on a single one.

I thought it might be expensive, a pity because if the price had been right there could`ve been a lot more converts to water/rinseless washes.

Yup, it's a good product from my experience, but $16 good? Only if I had a small car that made it last at least 4 uses.. would I consider it.

Problem is there are already plenty of well established `good products` out there that probably work at least as well and are cheaper but don`t quite have the `name` that ordinary punters on the street like/know.
