My new web site

Mod Squad
My first web site went live a few days ago. I started my small weekend detailing business last spring. This year one of my goals was to get a site built, up and running. I was building my site but it was going to take a while as I learned web design. I went to go daddy.com to register my domain. Of course they had add on items like hosting and web page design. Godaddy offers a "website tonight" program for a monthly fee. What the heck, I ordered that and used their template to make a site. The web site is cookie cutter, but now I have a site on the net. This will give me time to learn to build a site.

Most of the local shops have a web page describing their services. My site is trying to educate my clients with the tools of detailing and what the processes do for their vehicle. The old "what's in it for me". Nothing new there. With the detailing terms I was trying to give a tip of the iceberg description. My plan wasn't to make my clients detailers too. Education is the key. The more the client knows about your services and products (high end products) the easier you can justify your prices.

Please take a look and let me know what you think. In the future I plan on adding one more page describing us and why potential clients should choose our services.

Thanks for your help. I'm new at this game. Maybe I'm missing some things on my site that will need to be added. Just let me know.

i think you got way to much info on the front page....maybe cut the info down and add it to another page or somthing ....and maybe dont go all the way to the right edge. have shorter lines.

for the services....maybe make some pictures for headings because its kinda boring seeing black black black...all letering ....might be hard to find the package thats right for you if your doinn a quick glance at it. or if nothing else maybe put another space between them so you can easily tell them apart. and again maybe dont go all the way to the right side of the page.

gallery looks great.....i was noticing on a few of the pages ur footer is toching your body...maybe put a few spaces in there too....

This is just what i saw at a quick glance at it. didnt see any spelling errors but since its a professinal site check that over again.... loads really fast so just look into some of those things and u should be set.

Thanks for the help. Please take another look. I think everything is updated as you recommended.

It will take some time to figure out the services picture idea you have. On my flyer I have a "good" "better" and "best". I could add that to the web page. I did try to add the word art but the site wouldn't accept it.

Thanks again for your help. If you see anything else or have any better ideas than whats on my site let me know.

I added the word art for the services from my flyer and did some photoshop. Tell me what you think.

Also wanted to offer space for shops that are interested in putting a banner or link on my web site. Let me know.
