Sweet!....Must be nice to be able to snap one of those up on your property!

That is gonna be a nice little shop! :up

Thanks ! I should have been a bit more clear (oversight due to me normally posting in the pro forums). This shop is my detail shop for my detail business, so it's not a garage at my house ;)

Oh man am I jelous!! Very nice place to work in, should be warm too!

Thanks ! R40 ceiling, R28 walls. The coldest it's been since the shop went up was -32F, and a small 1500W electric space heater kept it fairly warm inside (around +55F).

Thanks ! Again, this is my business detail shop, not at my house, but yes, college / university does pay off. I am a university business graduate.

Thanks ! The floor is actually 2 layers. First layer is 3/4" tongue and groove, second layer is 1/4" PWF, staggered. There is no washing going on inside the shop, just run off from wheel wells and such. So far so good.

Nice! Can't wait to see more pics. Are you going to do side lighting?

Thanks !

If you look in the second-last picture, you can see that there is electrical cabling coming out of the walls at head-height. We ran cabling for 8 side lights, 3 on each side and 2 in front of the shop. Honestly, with the amount of overhead lighting we have in there, I don't see any need for the side lights. It would be a "nice to have", but it's certainly not needed at this point. Not to mention, proper angle-directioned fluorescent ballasts are ~$100 a piece, so you're looking at around $900 by the time they're up and have bulbs in them.
