This has the 5.3 Flexfuel w/activerfuel management, there is a 6.0L but I didn't 'need' it and they are a little harder to find and a little more $$$.

As for the price, shop around for the best 'deal', I was shopping for about a month calling dealers left and right, in this case... I found the best deal hands down in Minneapolis, MN (I live in Iowa). The dealer couldn't find the EXACT vehicle I wanted (and the one they quoted me on) but they found a slightly more equipped vehicle and sold it to me for the same price. I got it for invoice + rebates and 'coupons' the dealer had.

Wow - it really is a great step up from the last generation. Hopefully they fixed the plastic fading problem that plagued the 03's.
