Any Idea why this happened? It is only the 3 time I used it and it has been kept at resonable temperatures closed in it container. While I was using it it seemed to have some clumps formed on top so I dipped my finger in to try to smooth some of it out. When I did that it just basicaly all melted in itself and turned out to be a whole tub of slush?!?!?!:nixweiss :scared :shocked

Any idea what is going on??

I had the exact opposite problem. My Natty's seemed to dry up after about 5 uses, and left a pit in the middle of the jar. Thinking the jar may not have been air tight.

mine did the same thing, so Scott P took it back and said he would take it to steve at poorboys. Havent tallked with him in a while, but thi reminds me i should give him a call and see why it happened. (and just to say hi :) )

I had a similar thing happen when I sent a pot off to be reviewed by a magazine in the UK....

It came back in clumps, and sections appeared more 'liquidy' than others (I'm sure just poor handling by our postal system)... Anyway, I just put the tub (with the lid off) in a shallow saucepan of water and let it simmer until it was all liquid, took it out and let it reform and it was absolutely fine again and I've used it since with no problems.....

Mine did the same, but I seem to have cured it by keeping it in the fridge.

Hmm, I was thinking about trying out Natty's as a topper because of the reviews here. I think not; I don't need a high maintenance wax.

I have been using mine all year and it stays out in my garage that gets to almost 90 degrees half of the summer and mine is still like the day I bought it. I say you should not throw the idea of trying it out and go for it. You will really like the outcome.

Yep I am very pleased with the look of natty's, it's a bit "wetter" than PS21 and just as easy to use. I'm really gonna throw this wierd experience out as a fluke. I tried the melt back down option and hope it hardens back up but as of yet it is still pretty liquid in the jar.

My great vendor I believe is sending me a replacement so all is good in detaling land!:up

Agreed. I leave mine in my trunk all year 'round with no problems. Seems to have the same consistancy as when I first got it last October.

And yes, it has a very wet look!
