The S2000 is the "perfect" alternative if your looking for a small car but the Miatia and Civic SI arn't fast enough, you need rear wheel drive, you like dual exhaust and you like 6 speeds that perform as six speeds.



My fav ricer car is the 1993'ish RX-7 Twin Turbo, I love those little things. If I ever some how have to let go of my car (I sure do hope I don't have to) I can assure you my next car will be a RX-7.
 
You are right. You can't beat: rear wheel drive, 240 HP 4 cylinder, dual exhaust, 6 speed manual transmission with a 8,900 RPM redline.....



Have you seen the new Mazda RX-8?
 
Those s200 are soooo bad! My wife and I were on the way to the stealership to get one, but she had her yearly dr. appt. on the way. When we got to the dealer, we had to get the accord instead, because baby makes 3!:bounce
 
I've seen the RX-8 and I know most people don't feel how I do but I don't really like it. I would rather have a late 1980's GTU RX-7 with mods instead of that bubble. I think they are putting too many concept cars on the street. The new Nissian 300 Z is pretty ugly too.



I thought you have a V6 in that Honda.......
 
Love that damn car.... My parents live in PA and my mom drives a yellow S2000. She has to be one of the more conservative drivers on the road, and yet shes got 240HP sitting in front of her :D So when I go down for a visit I'm sure to stretch the engine out a bit, and take a little rubber of the tires :)



At least it will be nice when I buy it from her when her lease is up
