Even though the car is brand new, it sat at the Jacksonville port for 2 weeks before being delivered. And who knows how long it was out on the sea vessel. I asked the dealer to keep all the plastic protection left on the GT-R. It took me about 10 hours to detail.

Here are the pics! please excuse for the lack of quality. I have a cheap Polaroid digital.

WOW!

7 posts in 4 years?

You're the ultimate lurker.

But your detail here shows how seasoned you are.

It must have been better than a couple of Xmas's and birthdays put together when the truck came to drop off the GT-R with the plastic still on it!

Plus, I doubt I'd handle the initial detail myself. (that would go to Rick and Ryan)

Great detail and great car AND great garage!!!

Seems like you've got everything figured out.

Screw the car-check out the garage! Nice set up. Floor's dark, but looks great with the paint flakes in it.

Ok, I was kidding about "screw the car"-its friggen hot and the cause of many a mid day dreams while people are cruising the site at work.

And that was a real nice selection of products you used on that beautiful car !!!!!

And I agree with everyone else, that floor looks great :spot

[quote name='iDetail']do it
