Phew...I am tired. This car was in bad shape but I love my GF dearly and boy is she lucky to have me..lol. She is out of town to see her parents for new years so I did this to surprise her.



2006 Camry. Inside has never been cleaned in 2 years...yeah. The outside has been driven through car washes and that's it.



I went front to back on this car. Every door hinge, gas cap area, engine, trunk, and even steam cleaned her Mats.....I touched, wiped, and cleaned every part I could get too.I am finely done....:cooleek:

Well...it was awesome. My neighbors think I have OCD, but its so relaxing and its just what the DR ordered.

more importantly it suggests this is good work. i wouldnt risk marrying this girl. how would she do woman stuff like clean my underwear or cook me food or clean when she allows herself to have a car is such condition? you two guys need to grow up and treat his lady with more respect

1st...lets keep this thread on track. This thread is not about my GF and myself....or about us having sex. So, yes I know its all in good fun, but I ask that you stop. Thank you overexposed...



2nd...I am 28 and she is 30. we live in Colorado and one of parents homes is on south padre island where she flew to spend New Years with them and her grandmother.



3rd...her car is not important to her like it is to us. The house is always clean, the laundry is always done, and food is always very good. I am in the process of stashing money aside for a ring. My parents love her, her parents love me..and she is the most chill and awesome girl I have met. It just feels right.



The tire dressing I used was black magic...I used it after the first wash on the 01-01-09. Everytime I would rinse the car or something it got brighter and brighter..lol. kind of bothers me. I am not a fan of the bright shine.

Awesome, awesome work Joe, that paint looks so slick and wet and the interiors nice too. Ha you can tell she doesn't care about her car, she has different rims on her driver and passenger sides lol. Took me a while to realize that, I thought they were 2 different cars

hey guys....the steps were.



1) remove everything from the inside

2) Clean inside with pledge and a microfiber towel

3) vacuum and then steam clean all mats

4) Water bottle with water and a small bit of car wash soap to clean door hinges and stuff.

5) Jack up the car and place on jack stands

6) Wash wheel wells with spray nine then treat

7) Clean wheels and treat

8) Wash car with Meguiars wash

9) Clay the whole car with mothers

10) Scratch remover

11) Wash the car

12) Wax the car with Meguiars gold.

Yeah man...I have truly been blessed with this one. Curious just how blessed? One day while walking through the mall she saw this awesome shirt, I told her to buy it, and she didnt...walked away from it. Later that day I saw something for my new car...yeah..she bought it for me.lol I just dont get it...I had to go way over budget this Christmas to get her stuff because she never buys herself anything!



Thanks for the compliments guys...she was so excited but now feels bad as she had a meeting last night and it was snowing and cruddy out. she didnt want to take it because it looked so good. the inside still looks good though!!

sometimes it doesn't even seem worth it to attempt to keep the car clean here with the snow and salt. always seems like it snows within two days evertime i try to wash my car.

Yeah but you waxed it, all the dirt will come off next time you wash it. If you have a garage that stays above freezing you can do ONR washes all winter long. I wash both cars weekly in the winter, sometimes twice weekly, because they get dirty that much faster. I got to like ONR so well I use it year 'round now.
