Well, I decided to use the Flex today since I was told that the red bp would be okay to use while I waited for the black one. I have to say, I LOVE IT! I was able to do some polishing and walk away with out back problems. Very nice. I didn't think that I would use speed 6 cause when I turned it on inside it was very loud and fast, but after messing with it I was all over 6. The machine isn't that loud outside, inside its very loud. Vibration was NOT an issue at all. With the PC I would polish the roof of a car and my hands would feel the after shock of the vibration for a long time, not at all with the Flex. I was able to put pressure on the machine and it did not bog down one bit. I have to say that I am very happy with this machine, and thanks to all who have written reviews about it and led me to spend money :)

Yeah I'm kicking my self because I didn't take pics. I was too excited to use my new toy and forgot to take any. As soon as I get some I will definetly post.

Also, out of curiosity, what pads and polishes were you using? Trying to get a gauge of what else outside of Menzerna works well with the Flex. I'm thinking about trying it with some Optimum polishes this weekend.

The speed, results and ease-of-use really do speak for themselves.

Think of it more as an investment, not just spending money.;)

But yes...it's great to hear the continued glowing reviews from others.

With the PC I was using edge pads and thats all. I went with CCS pads(6 1/2) and Optimum Polish. I bought 2 yellows, 2 whites, and 1 black all to test out before I decided if I like them or not. I do like them so I will probably get more. I didn't get the car 100% but I think if I would have played around with pad/polish combo it would have been better. I ended up using white pad with OP for the entire car. The section that I used OP and Poli Seal came out swirl free. The rest of the car was just done with OP and there were still some swirls. The reason I didn't use PS through out is because my girlfriend was hanging out and I got distracted ;) then I ended up putting OP on the black pad I was using PS for. At that time I was cursing my self for not buying two of those. Oh well. Oh one bad thing I noticed was on the back of the pads (I'll try to remember to take a pic and post) were they stick out from the backing plate was getting ripped just a little bit because I would put pressure on the machine and it would kind of cut into the pad(the bp). I don't think that it is going to be a problem though. I will let you know what happens with that.
