First timer for all out detailing.
I've had a PC 7336 from my woodworking days.
Here is what I have ordered.
Dual Action pad kit for PC
and Concours finishing bonnet
Megs NXT wash
Clay Magic
Megs #83 DACP
Menzerna FP
Megs NXT wax
various MF towels
Here are the two vehicles I plan on doing.
97 Explorer Limted (Mine, just purchased)- Black with my many swirl marks and fine scratches, otherwise paint is shiny and has "some" depth.
97 Ford Taurus (Wifes)- White with slightly oxidized finish. Has not been waxed in a year.
Since this is my first time, which vehicle would you do first. I have alot of experience with my PC for sanding but have not used one for polishing.
My guess is the white vehicle will be more forgiving but with a less dramatic result. The black just the opposite.
My workflow would be:
Wash
Clay
Wash
DACP
Menzerna FP
NXT wax
Would these products work good for both vehicles?97 Explorer Limted 97 Ford Taurus
