It's a black Ford 350 with crew cab, full size bed, and canopy. I don't know what I was smoking when I thought this would be a fun project. :confused:

Process:
Dawn wash
Meg's clay with wash water
Meg's medallion paint cleaner
Meg's SMR 2.0
Meg's show car glaze
Zaino Z-2 with ZFX, 3 coats

Wow, nice stab, and certainly a large one! :D As for the Z2 bonding............. I kind of doubt that the bond is really good. I did a quite a bit of testing with Z2/Z5 and other............ as I call them nowadays......... oil based products. The Zaino will "lay up" on the surface, but it's durablity is really sacrificed.

Now, if the vehicle is garage kept, and more layers of Z are put on there, it will hold up nicely. However, if it's a daily driver, it won't hold up near as long. Still, it looks very nice!

Just my 2 cents!
 
I'll post a follow up on the durability. I did two other cars so I have some redundancy on my results.
