So yesterday I was a little bothered by the condition of our shower doors in one of the bathrooms at my parents house. So, instead of polishing cars... Yeah, you guessed it, I polished the shower doors. They were pretty nasty and you could hardly see through them at all. Anyway, my process was as follows:
The entire process took quite some time. I started in the morning at about 9:30am or so and didn't finish until 4:30pm or so. Keep in mind that I took a few breaks to rest, read Autopia and DB forums, eat lunch and snacked/drank to feed/hydrate myself.
The results were by no means to our standards but it was DEFINITELY better than what it looked like before. :headbang:

Blue-Taped Side for Half-Half Comparison
- Started with the PC and a Propel 7" green polishing foam pad and PB's SSR 2.5
- Moved up to a Propel 7" yellow cutting foam pad and PB's SSR 2.5
- After realizing that my process wasn't cutting fast enough, I moved up to an Excel Erasure 4" green polishing foam pad and PB's SSR 2.5
- Again moved up to something stronger, an Excel Erasure 4" white polishing foam pad and PB's SSR 2.5
- Yet again moved to something stronger, Excel Erasure 4" yellow cutting foam pad and PB's SSR 2.5
- I really still wasn't satisfied so I tried the Metabo and the LC PFW with SIP, M105, and M105/OC 75/25 mixture as separate applications. Unfortunately, they were all too grabby on the glass.
- So in the end, my process came down to using the PC and the Excel Erasure 4" yellow cutting foam pad and PB's SSR 2.5.
- Finished the glass with the PC and a LC 6.5" blue finishing pad and PB's SSR 1
- Protected the glass with one application of Optimum Car Wax
