Well I figured since I've lurked around here forever it seems now I'd post up a few pictures of my beauty.

2003 Civic Dark Blue

Anyhow I detailed it about 4 months ago,

First of all ECP refers to ENTIRE CAR PROTECTION products. I use some of them and like them very much. I get them through my local distributor.

Anyhow when I detailed it a few months ago the process was

Wash - ECP super suds

Clay - Pinnacle yellow clay

DACP via PC/megs 8006 pad

#80/ via PC/megs 8006 pad

ECP Lightning PolySeal via PC/megs 9006 pad

Megs #16 by hand

In these pics this was just after it snowed

QEW

Castrol super clean 5:1 on rims and tires

Dry with purple passion WW

Take pictures

Enjoy :)

Nice ride. If I could make just one suggestion... lower that puppie just a taaad. :) Other than that nice civic. I like the headlights and the wheels. What brand rims are those?

Lol, thanks I forgot about that one. Not too worried about it but just do it to be sure....the rims I honestly have no clue. I swapped em with a buddy who wanted my stock EX rims for his 99 Si, they have no name on them ,and well his car got stolen a week after the drop. I don't want to lower it becuase I don't like the way it feels on long drives. Thats just me. I'm trading it in in a few months for a 2005 tundra double cab sr5 limited edition in phantom grey pearl....so im actually going to start taking everything back off to sell it stock.

lol looking back at the pics, the second one down now looks like a Maze on the plate. The third one down looks like ink blots a psychologist would show you :)

I think there is some marring left over from the DACP above the gas tank door.

Looks great though !

Thanks! It's about time for another detail. Like I said its been months since I last did anything besides wash it, and all my washes have been a bit hard to perfrect to minimize marring due to the wonderful road salt and mess from the snow.

:)
