My car got keyed. what can i do without repaint it?

That looks pretty bad, probably not much can be done with it. If the scratch can be felt with your fingernail it can't be fixed with buffing. You could perhaps fill it and then wet sand, but that is not a sure fire fix. Even if you go with filling/wetsanding route it should be done by someone expierenced, so if you have never done it before I would not try it on your own.
 
That's #@$% bull-#*! Nothing gets me angrier than when people screw with others cars. The person that did that needs to be introduced to the pleasantries of a pair of pliers and a blowtorch!

Not alot you can do there. Looks like its thru the clearcoat. You can try colorsanding and buffing it out.



Of course, what you *should* do is:



wash the car

clean the paint with FI2

remove swirls with SMR

protect with your fave sealant or wax

remove wheel and clean wheel well

clean tire with Eagle One or EFHI

dress tire with fave dressing



THEN, and only then, post another pic of the fender with the scratch and ask for help.
