My car...ermm, my dad's car

I did this on Memorial Day. Never got the chance to post it. Soon it's gonna be mine so I'm taking care of it as much as possible. Currently 73,834 miles and it's 10 years old, exactly. Made on June 1995.

Usual wash and an all-hand application of ColorX and NXT x2 applied 24 hours apart. I do have to say, pearl on a dark paint makes the car look dusty. Next time when my parents are gonna get a car, I'll try to make sure it's not gonna be a dark pearl.

That's the Sienna, not the Camry. The giant blue bubble behind the Camry in the 1st pic. And these pics were taken during Memorial Day. The incident happened last Saturday.

I was able to buff out most of it. #80 works wonders after 3 times of application.

Very nice! Hard to believe its that old.

There are some secrets to getting the dark pearl to look its best, with the wrong products it can look "cloudy" I've had good results with GEPC and EX-P. I'm going to experiment with some Souveran this season.

Thanks all. There are the usual wear and tear but nothing much out of the ordinary.

GoodnClean, what is GEPC? I've heard of EX-P but GEPC is a first.

That looks great! I have a relative with a 96 and it looks horrific. It's nice to see older cars getting treated so well, it's such a rare sight around here. Good job! :up
