i have to do the same thing every winter. from the garage to the basement. pita. ranch. outside entrance to the basement. so when the weather break's, and i want to wash, back and forth.

I definately miss the snow and cold from up north. Not having a basement is pretty bad too. You never realize how much they add to a house until you are without one.

It still gets cold here. A few days ago, it was 27 degrees when I woke up. The weather people refer to that as "frigid temps".
Granted, cold is a relative thing, but 27 degrees is cold enough to snow and as far as I'm concerned, that's too cold.
