Motorhome detail

Detail time!
As we all know the Detail Showcase isn't working so I figured it would be ok to post it up in this section. Anyways, I'm on vacation right now (going to NC, Charlotte/Moorseville) and detailed up our motorhome. I was planning on using ProPolish and then top with an LSP, but when the PP didn't remove the yellowing like I wanted (I think permanant) I just decided to use Mothers Synwax on the whole rig. I did polish with PP on the nose and tail because those are the most abused. Overall I used about 4-5 OZ of wax.

I am also in the process of polishing up the wheels and tires to go along with the rest of the rig. I tried Pro Polish here along with the Mothers Powerball. The wheels are pretty pitted so I resorted to Mothers Mag Aluminum polish and will save the PP for polishing once I get them polished. I also used PB Bold and Bright for the first time on the tires... I like :) The results don't show too well but I hope you can see the improvement.

Let me know what you think!

To wash and clean the roof, my Dad and I tackled that in about 2 hours, waxed it the next day took about 3 hours and the wheels today took probably an hour total. It's tough keeping them spotless but they can look good for a while. I like polishing the wheels up- the results are worth it but it is a lot easier these days with using an electric drill and the powerball. It saves a little bit of time but now my hands don't hurt after polishing up the wheels. Thanks for the comments

Just the thought of detailing one of those is daunting. Much less attempting ...then completing a detail. You get a tip from my cap. Nice looking rig. The wheels, though pitted, looks good on the pictures that you showed us.
